We want you to be happy with your reading. Even though readings are digital products, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
How to request a refund
Email us at support.dropy@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address you used, and include your order reference. We'll refund your purchase to the original payment method — no interrogation required.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.
Subscriptions
If you have an active subscription (for example, the Moving Compass), you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops any future billing; the current billing period stays active until it ends. To cancel, email support.dropy@gmail.com.
